By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is only open to UK residents aged 13 and over. If you are aged 12 or under, we are unable to accept an entry from you directly. If you are between 13 and 18 years please ask permission from a parent or guardian.

2. By entering the The Dragon Book Competition, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

3. The promoter is Andersen Press Ltd, 20 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 2SA

4. By providing the Promoter with your personal details and sending in your work, you will be automatically entered into this competition.

5. Your personal details will only be retained and used by the Promoter in relation to the Competition.

6. No purchase necessary.

7. Each applicant may register for the competition only once.

8. The Promoter's employees, their families and any other company connected with the Competition are excluded from entering the Competition.

9. It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to the use of their name, address and photograph in publicity material.

10. The winner's name will be available upon submission of a stamped addressed envelope. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.

12. Closing date for registration is 30th January 2010.

13. No entries will be accepted after this date and the Promoter will not accept liability for lost or delayed entries.

14. The winner will be chosen by an independent judge in the month of February 2010 and will be notified within approximately 7 days.

15. The prize must be claimed within 6 weeks of the closing date.

16. Events may occur that render the awarding of this prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize with or without notice.

17. Please keep a copy of your work as it will not be returned.
